David Meade has 8 years experience training professional athletes in the MLB and NFL David has been a part of the industry since he was a high school athlete. After completing his degree at Illinois State University, he became the Strength & Conditioning Coach for all athletes at Marian Central Catholic High School. Not only does he specialize in athletic performance training, he also trains clients that have goals to improve strength, cardio, flexibility, mobility, and weight loss. As a starting pitcher at Illinois State, he led the team in strikeouts in 2016 and pitched 13 consecutive scoreless innings in back-to-back starts against Butler and Milwaukee. As a pitcher at College of Lake County, he was named Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference Pitcher of the Year as a sophomore and went 6-2 with a 2.78 ERA and 67 strikeouts. Earned first-team all-region status and named team’s most valuable player.
