Beth & Matt
This class is a total-body strength and conditioning workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit – FAST! Using light to moderate weights, this is the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core work designed to work the body in different ways every time.
Beth & Matt
Insanity is a total workout that requires no gym equipment. In traditional interval training, you exercise at a very intense pace for a short period of time, and then rest for a longer periods in between.
Megan & Alice
It combines aerobic and anaerobic movements, as well as traditional exercise, linked together in a flowing series of poses that create strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, and mindfulness.
Spin & Strength
Spend the first half of the class on a spin bike, getting your heart rate up, and spend the second half of the class performing circuit training exercises.
Power Hour is taught by personal trainer, Patrick and is a full body workout that focuses on weights to help build strength and power.
Andi & Jessica
Zumba is a fitness program inspired by various rhythms and dancing styles. Some popular genres are reggaeton, pop, hip hop, cumbia, merengue and more!
Andi & Beth
The Boot Camp work out consists of cardiovascular conditions (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, glides, kettlebells) and stretching. The instructors vary the exercises and format for every workout so no two bootcamps sessions are the same.
This 45-minute class focuses on building muscles for a nice butt!
Barre classes blend cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance and core conditioning in a total body workout that targets the hips, glutes, abs, and arms.
Beth and Andi
Low impact full body workout. Perfect for beginners or for those lacking mobility.
Strength and total conditioning with short HIIT drills mixed in to guarantee a heart pumping, maximum calorie, burning muscle- sculpting workout.
