WHAT IS IT
An 8 week contest for both men and women. to inspire and motivate you to be your personal best in health and fitness.
2 one hour weekly classes consisting of:
40 minute workout for all levels, followed by motivational lifestyle coaching & goal setting.
Attend one or both held Monday at 4:45 pm or Thursday at 7:00 pm. Full 8 week club membership with fitness classes Weekly weigh-ins (if desired) Exercise & nutrition log-in accountability.

HOW TO WIN
Accumulate “Health Challenge” points throughout the 8 weeks. Dierent lifestyle themes and challenges each week can gain a point. Any weight loss each week gains a point. Attend one of the Health Challenge classes to gain a point. Contestants with the most points wins!
(Tie breaker based on weight % loss).

*$50 add-on for 1 Hr. Consultation with Marcia Mitchell C.P.T. before contest begins to goal set and set up a personal plan.
*$20 add-on for complete set of body fat % caliper measurements.
